Nearly 400 attendees, including businessmen, pastors, church leaders, principals,teachers, and many others participated in the two day conference with a desire to improve their leadership skills.

ENLACE at the summit
Dora Reinoza, ENLACE Administrative Director, stated that having the opportunity to learn from leaders of other organizations made the summit an enriching experience. ENLACE helped organize the event and brought all the staff to the summit.

Time for Reflection
Each session ended with a time of prayer allowing attendees to reflect and ask for God's direction.

Lead Where You Are!
Bill Hybels, Senior Pastor of Willow Creek Community Church, kicked off the Global Leadership Summit. He challenged each participant to evaluate his or her leadership using five important questions.

Important Tools
Partcipant workbooks contained application exercises, which enabled partipants to dig deeper into the content after a session.

Learning to be a blessing
Hugo Ramírez, pastor and professor at the Aseembly of God Christian University (UCAD) stated that he came to the summit with the desire to learn useful tools to break traditional paradigms that have affected the way we lead.

First-hand experience!
Ramiro Cortéz shared his own "tough call" through his experiences as a missionary in North Africa. He thanked God for the privilege to lead in a difficult place.

Participants received a diploma to serve as a reminder of their Summit experience.

Participants could purchase books written by the Summit faculty, as well as other well-known leadership books, to continue growing as leaders.

Orchestral music greeted participants as they arrived on the second day.

Effective Volunteers!
Around 50 volunteers, from several churches, served throughout the event. Without them, the Summit would not have been possible.
