OUR APPROACH

ENLACE (pronounced en-lah-say) is the Spanish word for LINK and commits to a 10 year relationship with a local church in El Salvador. We equip church leaders to become effective agents of change as they understand who they are as a body, listen to their community, and respond to opportunities for developing sustainable solutions to poverty.

Our long-term goal is that churches become leaders who equip surrounding churches. We realize that the most effective way for communities to be transformed is when other churches lead by their example of service, and train one another. ENLACE's approach is to walk alongside churches through the process as they experience God transform them into servant leaders, thus “equipping churches to transform communities.”
